Julie Helm and Garrett Lacy earn First-Team All-MIAA honors for Cross Country

ROYAL OAK, Mich.  – The Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association has announced its All-MIAA men's and women's cross country teams for the 2012 season. The Scots' Garrett Lacy and Julie Helm each earned first-team honors for their efforts during the league competition.
