Women's Cross Country ends up 16th and Men 31st at UW-Oshkosh Brooks Invitational on Saturday
The Scots' Men's and Women's Cross Country teams competed in the UW-Oshkosh Brooks Invitational at Oshkosh, Wisconsin on Saturday afternoon, with the men finishing 31st out of 38 teams and the women 16th out of 37.
On the women's side, Alma's top finisher in the 6K was Sr. Julie Helm (Saint Joseph, Mich./Saint Joseph) who was 28th. Following her was Jr. Anna Sall (Holland, Mich./Hamilton) and So. Misty Godley (Ithaca, Mich./Ithaca), who came in 78th and 86th place respectively.
For the men in the 8K, Jr. Alex Pollack (Oxford, Mich./Oxford) was 135th, while Fr. Adam Sanchez (Alma, Mich./Alma) came in 146th place. Sr. Max Morrison (Fremont, Mich./Fremont) was the Scots' third-highest finisher at 195th place on the afternoon.
Alma next competes in the MIAA Championships on Saturday, October 27.
