The Scots' Volleyball team continued the 2012 season on Friday night when they traveled to Olivet College for a league match. Alma won 3-0 (25-19, 25-19, 25-17) to improve to 6-0 on the season and 2-0 in the MIAA, while the Comets are now 0-1 in the league and 1-4 in 2012.
"I don't believe it was one of our better efforts, but we won and now we have a few days to get ready to go to Calvin," said Alma Head Coach Sarah Dehring. "It is nice to be 6-0 but we have a lot of work to do if we want to achieve our goals and advance to the next level. We will continue to work hard in practice in an effort to improve our overall game. Calvin will be a huge test for us and we will need to be better to have a chance to win."
