The Scots Volleyball team played two hard fought five set matches on Saturday and came out victorious in both, winning the University of Dallas Tournament. The victories against Austin College and host University of Dallas culminated a very successful opening weekend for the Scots as they went 4-0 to take home the championship.

"I am happy with what we accomplished over the weekend and it is nice to come away with the championship of the tournament," said Alma Head Coach Sarah Dehring. "Today was a long and tough one for us as we basically played for over four hours straight. Winning two five set matches says a lot about our perseverance and we will be better for it moving forward. Now we have to get focused to play Kalamazoo in our league opener at home on Tuesday."
