Kailey Vlug earns MIAA Player of the Week Honors

With just one game this week, the Scots still received league recognition as So. M Kailey Vlug (Coopersville, Mich./Coopersville) earned Player of the Week honors.

Offensive Player of the Week
Alma midfielder Kailey Vlug, a sophomore from Coopersville (Coopersville HS), scored two goals and assisted on a third in the first half as Alma stayed on top of the MIAA race with a 9-1 victory over Albion. She is being honored as Player of the Week for the first time in her career.

Defensive Player of the Week was Saint Mary's defender Mary Kate Hussey.
